Reflection is a thought, idea, or opinion formed or a remark made as a result of meditation.
That’s what I’ve been doing and will be doing — meditating on this blog to form an opinion or idea about what my next steps will be. I turned to my statistics.
I found it interesting that the most viewed post was a Sunday {Re}st post on July 7, 2019. I posted a very short book review of Learning to Speak God from Scratch. (It’s on sale today as a Kindle download for $4.24.) The book fascinated me as Jonathan Merritt turned some biblical words and phrases into to reflections for me.
I also discovered that the most popular time to post is around 3 a.m. on Thursdays. (Why are all you reading me at that hour? Get some sleep, people.) Nonetheless, this is a great day for me to consider posting on in 2020.
I’ve written 70,320 words in 356 posts with 198 words on average.
TotallyKris.com has only 11 WordPress followers and 116 Facebook likes. My email list is virtually non-existent but I’m grateful for my mother.
Producing content and creating marketing are two sides of the same coin. We’ll see what happens when I put this knowledge to test and begin writing to fulfill some of the needs that must be met to make this blog come alive.
