Keck has been reading about managing stress. One of the ways he read about is something called grounding. Tonight he sat in the front yard with his bare feet in the grass for 30 minutes.
The purpose is to rebalance the electrons in your body. It seems, say the experts, that our modern life keeps us from direct contact with mother earth. We wear shoes everywhere and spend way more time indoors than out.
Keck says sitting there in the grass felt longer than 30 minutes. Yet, he says he’ll definitely try to incorporate the technique in managing stress.
Here’s to new science that tells us to get outside. I only hope it motivates him to finish the deck. ❤
