Rectify — I always have to do it to my mom’s phone. The latest system isn’t installed. She has several, make that hundreds, unread and unnecessary emails.
With no wi-fi, I had to use my hotspot to download the latest version of the software and generally optimize all the settings.
I have to do it again and again. She doesn’t love her phone, and I get it.
We only have real problems when she doesn’t answer her home phone or her cell phone. One of my discoveries is that the cell phone was on silent. Oh mom! ❤
