Today, I had to rearrange the flowers Keck brought me the other day. A few of them were starting to lose their oomph.

These flowers made the cut. With fresh water and a little trim they’ll delight me for a few more days.

As I rearranged them, I thought about how Keck heard me when I didn’t think he was listening. For my mom’s 75th birthday party, I had scoured the local big box store but couldn’t find anything I really wanted until I went to a neighboring city to pick up the cakes.

My mom and I were talking about how we always like to have fresh flowers in the house, as I arranged my finds in big vases. My mom remarked that she’d always tried to grow them with no luck. I reminded her of the big box store.

Thanks, Keck! XOXOX ❤
