I didn’t know I needed a rebound period. Time to eat good food, take a long bath, and take a nap and sleep in.

It’s amazing how often i need to do this.

I need to rebound from doing so much. Reset my system. Figure out what I need to do to feel good.

When I was in college I had a roommate who loved animals. One day she brought home a black and white kitten that was the most energetic thing I had ever seen. It was so energetic it literally bounced off the walls. We called her Rebound.

That’s what I need today, enough energy to bounce off the walls. ❤
