I’m sitting her trying to decide whether I want to bake another batch of pecan pie muffins now or wait until tomorrow. But tomorrow night the gifts need to get wrapped.
I’ve already back one batch of pecan pie muffins but I’m thinking of adding some cocoa powder for a chocolate option.
To keep me out of the kitchen, I bought a sweet potato pie. I tried it at the Dallas Farmers Market this weekend and it was delicious. I’d had sweet potato pie before but I didn’t like it. The lady behind the table said then you haven’t tried this.
She was right.
This sweet potato pie was to die for. I cannot wait to get it tomorrow and to share it with my family on Saturday.
Now, I guess I’ll go rebake some pecan pie muffins. ❤
