You know how I love a new “re” word. This one was new to me.
It means carrying back. Like veins in our bodies that carry blood back to the heart — revehent veins.
It’s perfect.
God is a revehent God. Especially in the person of Jesus the Christ. He comes carrying us back. A God that comes to be one of us to understand us and to carry us back to relationship with him.
Like veins bringing back the blood to the heart, He comes to bring us back to Him. ❤
