When people think about traveling to the past, they worry about accidentally changing the present, but no one in the present really thinks they can radically change the future.

I didn’t simply skim over the words, I thought about them off and on throughout the day. It’s likely a quantum physics kind of statement. Yet, in reality we change the past in our present now. Think about the last time you or someone you know embellished a story or actually misremembered something.

We change the future with with each moment-by-moment decision we make. My future self won’t thank me for the soda I had today. Especially if I make that a habit and put on extra pounds because of it. My future self might thank me for the extra boost of collegan I’m getting every morning.

We can reimagine our future by reimagining our day-to-day. We are after all what we repetitively do. These changes can make interesting and radical changes in our future for our health, finances, spiritual life.

Small changes make a difference. ❤
