A few days ago, I requested more words for my list of again words. After a few of you gave me some input, I placed them in alphabetical order, ticked off the ones I have used, added all the new ones and came up with 193 words that begin with the prefix {re}.
Phew!
Yes, I know 193 does not mean I’ve got 365 agains.
Here’s what I’ve got so far:
- 52 words for Rest (one each Sunday)
- 12 again words that do not begin with the prefix {Re}
- 40 again words for Lent (heaven help me)
Without making up words, I wonder where this is going to take us. I’m sure it will be a wild ride. Maybe there’s more than 12 words that mean again, like earworm?
